BY ROYAL DECREE, and so forth upon holding my SECRET MEETING OF the King’s Court and BEING OF ALMIGHTY WISDOM and AUTHORITY over ALL OF FISHERSDOM, I HEREBY ORDER MY KINGDOM CLOSED to all my royal subjects who serve below me. Though I FEIGN CONCERN for these LOWLY PEASANTS and their STRUGGLING OFFSPRING, MY DECREE SHALL HENCEFORTH be the LAW OF THE LAND until such time as I see fit to change my ROYAL MIND.
